Born in 1995 in Losanna,she took an interest in Photography when studying it at the Academy of Fine Arts in Catania. After graduating she moves to Bologna to consolidate her studies with a two-year Master’s degree in Photography at the Academy of Fine Arts there.

Her artwork investigates the meaning of space and time through the lens of the relational aspect, creating a short circuit between reality and representation, physicality and immateriality. The creation of a narrative puzzle is the consequence of an obsessive and analytical observation of an ever-changing reality. In her projects there isn’t an interest in controlling what comes next but, through extended observation, tries to create and access new possible narrative paths, dramatising the mundane.

With an approach bordering on voyeurism, each of her projects sits on the border between intimate and public, real and fiction, deliberate and accidental.
